Live Stoner Chat hey up!

Welcome to AFN, totaly devoid!
Quite some years ago, while attempting to grow some bag seed, we set our gals out in the living room to get some sun.
The missus: "Wont the lizards eat them?"
Me: "No, Honey, I don't think bearded dragons eat weed." Woke up from a nap to munched up plants and staggering lizards...
I feel your pain. :smokebuds:

A little grow blog (go dog)

Salutations, so i should say a few words about me me me. I grew outdoors for many years hassle free, good sun ,lots of corn fields, spoiled realy but the last three years on the trot Ive been robbed,we were isolated but now its touristic and more people means less chance of keeping hold of a harvest and so i decided to grow indoors last year and so far so good. MY KIT------- grow tent 80x80x120, 400w hps ,cooltube, 100m extract ducting used in conjunction with 120w LED full spectrum, 20 GU10 3w grow lights(10x2700K and 10x6400k) as side fill, 7.5L square pots, Light mix soil, Biogrow/Bloom nutes (still keeping it simple although I am researching hydroponics and have just built another grow room 1.5x2.0x2.0m for a learning experiment) thats about it for kit . Light regime is 24/0 I have found this to be the most effective and least risky (auto's are sensitive to any break in routine and are stunted easily by light leaks so no timer no dark period because they simply dont need it and it reduces grow time so they yield less. I feed them Approx 1/4 dose nutes but I mix half this again of the other nutrient ie when veggative 1/4 dose Biogrow 1/8 dose biobloom , around 1 week of preflowering I switch to 1/4 BioBloom 1/8 Biogrow every second watering NO SPRAYING (easiest way to get spotty leaves or budrot,) flush with R.O water 5 days idealy and there you go, no probs. I veg in a ply wood box 50x50x80 under 125w cfl 6400k with another 12 x3w 6500k sidelights (6 either side)for approx 2 weeks and then into the tent with their big sisters and bobs your aunty Nothings hemed on me but I have had a couple stunt on me cos of shock usualy due to temperature or havinga bloody big hot light squashing them, there you go 'thats me for me! Just a footnote using 24/0 means the plants can be very bushy so i,m pretty OCD about turning plants and moving lights ,when I learn how to send photos I will as I think they look really impressive, blimey that took a while (I type like a copper) thankyou for your indulgance and Chow peeps

Totally Devoid,

Welcome, and you have a way with words. I find it refreshingly amusing. Sorry the subject matter was of bad news. I listened to an old record of Cheech and Chong where the dog ate the weed. YOu should listen to it, cuz I think they ended up gettting it out of the Ol' bugger.

Hope to see a journal when you get one going

bye for now

Peace

Eek

Of frotted dog doo and other stories.

Firstly, thank you for reading and also taking the time to reply,it does give this forum a friendly ambiance, which conversely is tres cool, Lord Eek that takes me back, I think the album was called 'Big Bamboo and came with a giant rolling paper (something like 4footx2) I don't remember what happened to it just more flotsom washed away in the time stream, I,m very new to interwebing and their are many facilities on this forum of which i am unfamiliar so please bare with me till i am up to speed . Examined dog doo for a couple of days no sign of ,actually it was 100€ the bugger ate and also later on that day he also ate the remote control to the sky box and my wifes gloves and worst of all ive been picking up Tramadol and Oxycodol (im not an abuser of opiates they are for a legitimate back problem hence the inclusion of pain managing strains in my.repertoire) luckily he didnt ingest any ,he's a rescue dog ,new to the family and despite his shinanigins is adorable . I will take your advice Eek and start a grow log although my head like my concerts is a chaotic and disorganised place and yes I'm enjoying actualy learning about what I seem to be accidentaly quite good at from folk who DO know what they are talking about loving it ,living it, the influence is here totaly!
