I came here i was strongly recommend by friend who knows and deals with tang this was where i wanted to be at and getting my advise from, i know the lights arent correct from this forum but the plan is to move to autos and GN lights so i hope this post can maybe stay here for the time being. where can i get one of tangs guides to follow?

It may seem like me and TaNg are at odds .. but we're not lol

TaNg gets some of the best starts we see at AFN - I was only repping him yesterday or the day before marvelling at the growth between 5 - 25 days. You can check his journals he uses Plagron Light (i think thats still the case) and also has created a feeding schedule using his nute lineup and is working on an eco schedule which is less costly on the nute lineup but looks to be getting great results!

I'm not sure if using the Auto pot will get the best results - I know another great grower here (hazy) was using them with great success - but he was already an awesome grower.

I'd probably think about hand watering so you know whats going in ... but saying taht, i wouldnt wanna hand water that many plants either lol

I'm kinda new to autos too but I would definitely make the switch. They're much faster I was a photo grower and it is different but not to hard to figure out. My first auto grow was 5 northern lights and I got like 14.5 oz and now that I know a little more about what to expect they're getting way bigger. Any way good luck no matter which way you decide to go

In there are all the threads he's written (about 80-100 of them) - He keeps great journals so take a read, but you'll fnd his guides there too.

I imagine TaNg is already subscribed to this thread as i have mine set to sub to every thread i post in. If not and you need his attention, you could try to @ and then use his name (like @blue ) and he will get a notification when he logs in. Or there's the converstation feature too!

If you want results like the big growers, you'll need to look at the feeding schedule more closely.

thanks blue thats helped i just finished reading all of Tang feeding shedule burning question is now can i run Tangs sched under my 4 600 hps switching to autos ? will the difference in lights prove a big problem ?

Morning fellas i have a couple of queries.

1.How well can my 4, 600hps manage 16-20 Autos. are the lights suitable? with the correct feeding and watering schedule what results are achievable ? 6oz + ?? or less ?? with these specific lights.

2. My current Bubblegums are actually looking great 3 weeks into veg im torn about tearing them down and going autos or finding a great feeding schedule and watering schedule for these phots and cracking on with them. I really need to make a decision quickly. Which grower on the forum should i look towards for advice journal/schedule - feed/water for these photos? if i decided to stick.

3. Temp - My temp in the tent at the moment is proving an issue sitting around 31c while vegging 24/7 with 3 lights on (i need to find a way to get the 4th on if im going to go autos)

I have the thermostat sitting parell to the top bud and directly under the light itself i sat another thermostat under the same plant/light but on the rim of the container and it only read 27c then I sat a 3rd on top of the unused light again it read 27/28. So which temp should i be using reading the instrcutions on the thermostats it says keep out of the way of direct sunlight so im question if placing the 1st thermostat directly under the light is giving an accurate reading ?

when the lights were off the temp was dropping to 15c if this only happens the odd day can it have any effect on the final yield ? if it was constantly around 15c when lights are out ( we are talking a 12/12 schedule with photos here ) would it again have an effect on the final yield ??

Sorry guys I was up to my eyeballs yesterday so couldn't delv in, I'm here now and I'm going to get you growing some fat plants. Now you have seen the schedule you now know with Plagron light you can start feeding from day 10,this early start with Photos or Autos should get you big plants. The plants you have now look very healthy so would be a shame to pull them, I think with 2 weeks feed we will have some nice plants ready to flip to flower.
What nutrients do you have now?

My advice to get the best out of autos in your space would be first and formoast good genetics and I'm happy to point you in the right way there, I would then get 16 15-20L Airpots and grow 4 plants under each 600w light....if we can get this dialled in (I'm no HPS expert but will try) we should be getting you 400g at least from each light so that gets us close to your 60 zips. If you want to maximise your space and the sky is the limit budget wise I would still grow the 16 Autos but I would have a HS1 over each plant, then you could get 150g+ off each plant so more like 80 zips.

At this moment they are just on warter i was told the plagron light mix didnt really require any additional nutes in veg however i can go out and get the nutes tomorrow if we decided to stick with the current ladies or if i scrap them and start again for that matter in flower i have terra flores as my main nute with canna boost and big bud.

Is it possible to achieve 250g+ per lady on all 16 - 20 ladies in the same tent if so what would be required that to be honest is the real goal here.
