New Grower High CBD / low THC seeds available for sale without restrictions?

Do we know of any?
I do not mean 1:1 or 2:1 CBD to THC strains, those are everywhere.
I'm talking about 20:1 and alike, completely non-psychoactive strains.

But not in seed form. I mean are you going to tell the difference between 1-5%, as 5% TCH is very low anyway. Anything over 5% CBD is classed as CBD rich.

Right. There are CBD-rich and CBD-dominant. I want those dominant.

id like to see test results from just a regular stain tested 3 times 1 early when trichs are all clear then one when all milky then almost completely amber and see the differences in cbd thc and cbn levels

Those would be quite different but then again - if it's not CBD-dominant there will be plenty of THC and it will get one high. I do not want that.
