Old Reviews HM Digital pH HydroTester PH-80 review $50

Thank you! First time I've even heard of storage and cleanin solutions for meters. I'm assuming they work for ppm meter, as well? This is what I need! Can you kindly point me in the right direction to purchase these two solutions? Much obliged.

you could use the cleaning solution for both ph and ppm but as far as i know and with the 2 ppm meters i have owned i store them dry after i clean them after use.

here is the storage solution i use: http://www.testequipmentdepot.com/p...0L&ref=gbase&gclid=CKHz_NaV9LsCFe3m7AodcGAAVQ

and the cleaning solution:

Thank you Sir, for starting this review! I just got mine yesterday... a little alarmed that it showed up dry and the storage soln. crystals all over the place, but I followed directions for hydrating it with the storage soln., then calibrated with the pH 7 soln. (both incld.) to see if there was damage... nope, only off by .1,...recalibrated and done! I'll update later after some use... :smoke:

Very happy it could help:Sharing One:

don't be alarmed from the dry probe upon delivery its normal.... or what I mean is its the way ive always received them in the past lol....

Typically if I have it set up for a few days in between uses when I pull it out there is dried solution around the storage cap so expect that too...this is when you put just a bit to much solution in the storage cap and is no prob...
Best of luck with it!!:peace:

Just to let everyone know that I have been using this meter for over a year now and it is solid as a rock. I recalibrate weekly but its rarely off, and never more than .2. Still on the original battery as well. Really happy with it and have confidence in its readings too!

Can´t remember what I paid - think it was about 50€.

Ninja edit: meant to say sir grow a lot  awesome review!
