I can tell you that it will cause light stress, and not the typical kind that you see from HPS/MH. From experience LED likes its head room. There is a sweet spot with them. If they are too close they will scorch and bleach the tops, too far they will provide you with plenty of stretch and airy buds depending on the light, and provided spectrum
What i can tell you is that light is too much for that area. I have an apprentice that is using one of those in a 3x3 tent and got great results off a single photo plant. I recommended 2 for the area but 1 did just fine for him. So even though its 3ft high the rest of the light spread is removed concentrating the light directly on the plant with no where to go. Id say either open the footprint with a larger tent or get a smaller LED for that area.
Key is building the area to the light, not the light to the area. Its harder to do the second way..
