Hi,

Soon, I will begin my indoor growing adventure after completing my first outdoor grow. I had so much fun growing this plant that I dont want to stop for the winter. And winter here is long and cold canada style. I realy love simplicity and building stuff myself and I really believed that I can find everything a plant need with around the house stuff. I also realize that the little rabbit my girlfriend bought not so long ago can produce a lot of plant food. After reading here and there on organic soil and manure I want to try a simple homemade soil. With my seeds and cob on the way, I want to know what will be the best thing to do with the rabbit manure and I plan to pop beans in 2-3 weeks.

Rabbit pellets work like a time-released fertilizer. Rabbit pellets are "cold" manure and do not have to be composted, but break down slowly in the soil. Great way to go full circle!

the only way you dont need to NOT compost is if you know 100% without fail that all mateeials and everything are fully clean and disease and pest free. if thats the case cold composting or mellow blending oif the soil is needed imho due to the blending or leching of the manure(s) into the soil to give it a fuller feeding profile.

hot composting makes it quicker available instgead of relying on a cold set of principles. hot composting is best but of course not always needed if you maintain this quality control level high you'll be fine. but if its others manure and so forth and not fully sourced from local trustworthy places,Id compost personally to eliminate all potential issues with a slightly dirty food, base materails ,whatever. just my two :)
