I'm going to try and make hash today and was wondering if you just keep it in a baggy or do I need a air tight jar?i made some before and we freeze it just helps to solidify the crystals, coz as your probably not doing it commercially it tends to fall apart when normal people dont whack aload of shit in it
I always keep my hash in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. It keeps better than when exposed to air and light. I'd burp it periodically just to make sure it is all good.
Good question... IMO storage differs depending what type of hash you're making.
Dry ice hash.Ihave trim from KVS and a few older misc buds mixed together dryed and frozen.
Ya the dry ice hash is just like kief...which is a powdery fluffy consistency and can be treated just like weed... dry it good keep an eye on it and keep it in the fridge if at all possible... in a glass jar.

I alway dry my dry ice hash overnight at least just in case there's any moisture then I put it in small jars but what I like best is old seed containers they wrk great just to pop em open and sprinkle over a bowl or in a joint :smokebuds:

i find that when i do a dri-ice run i DONT press my Keif until after i cure it, just like curing Flowers; then press it. It also makes it so that u get more out of its Terpene/Terpenes this way. with a fine hash, keif you Need to get and keep it DRY, but i find that if you let it sit in a dark place where its right at around room temperature it stays nice n soft and moldable! Also releases the essential oils "terpenes" more effieciently! hope this helps, I love my resins.
