How long to show sex?

hey guys. First time running a photo indoors. Normally let the photos are for outdoors for me.

Anyway how long after I flip will it take to show sex/pistols

Some strains take longer. One on my last grow was two weeks behind the rest but she flowered faster after she started . finished with the rest of em. But usually around ten days

@daggersstrain is right on the money, but sometimes sooner you can see stipules showing sex. Females generally have longer pointy stipules that will cross.

Yea I'd say as mentioned with in 10 days some sooner some longer but could be up to 2 weeks. I went 12/12 On Monday on two plants and I had sex showing Wednesday with the one.

Ive had some strains show zero sex for months until the natural outdoor light regime puts them into early preflower. Its rare but it happens. Usually 3-4 weeks for most plants

Am going to suggest this will be strain determined, with an influence from your environment. Indica, sooner, sativa later... under 1000 hps equivalent , sooner than a 400W. My 2 cents.

Totally makes sense what you are saying....one thing for me is i run all photo plants under 24 hours non stop light for the first 2 months....could be an environmental influence which hinders pre flower signs a bit.

It could, when I was running a 15X30 space for veg, I ran 18/6, so the flip might not be so drastic. Am thinking there could be alot of variables to this, but I've always seen sex within weeks.
