Lighting how many lights for one plant?

What up peeps. Riddle me this, I have a friend ,actually one of my mentors, who finally after almost a year I convinced to try autoflowers, autocobs and MC. I even got him the 2 autocobs and his seeds. Here's where he's blowing my mind. He doesnt ph nor does he increase or decreases his MC/SC mix he feeds the same from start to finish grows in 1.99 potting soil and heres his results so far. Mephisto Chem doggin the biggest and oldest plant and Bubba Trouble is 2 weeks behind both have just 1 of @BigSm0 autocobs over them. I did have him add 1tbsp Epsom salt for mag issue just in case

Some people make it look so easy, and they aren't even trying hard either! I try hard, and its a challenge for me still.

I say this with all my love but sometime I think you over try and over think it. It is a weed after all and grows all over the world in good and bad conditions. I see more threads from you experimenting with one thing or another, heck even more experimenting than I do. Get your grow dialed in, grow a bunch of nugs, then rinse all those salts out of your trays and repeat. Look at @bushmasterar15 he just throws them in the tent and grows monsters.

Agreed considering the fall distance a helmet and pads are recommended for the ride.

I was in a bar once in the US on a business trip and two colored ladies that had very similar builds as those two wanted me to take them back to my hotel room. No joking. I had to decline because two of them would have killed me. Even 1 of them would have been too much for me!

I appreciate the way you worded that Hemi. Basically you're saying I'm being OCD or anal or what have you about growing. And you are 100 percent correct. I get that way with anything I take on pretty much. Can't help myself. I feel you are correct in that its prob making my grows more complicated but I do learn stuff from being this way. I love it actually. It helps me get good a shit. And it means eventually I take what i learned and make it simple. So this grow I did that. I used on HP pro mix in the pots instead of the coco/peat/EWC/biochar mix I used before. I also decided I'm not going to do any training at all. What else? I think thats about it for this grow. Just wanted to dial down the complexity because it was getting to be too much and affecting my plants I think.

I can actually empathize with you because I do the same thing. I see something that looks like it might help or being just fun to try and I can’t help myself. Look at any of my grows on here and you will see me tinkering with something and eventually it usually affects my yeild..... negatively, but I still manage to get enough for me to smoke. I too hope one day I can consolidate it all down to the perfect grow. :smoking: Yea, right, once a tinkerer always one.
