Lighting How much power is in my 4x4

Hello friends, can anyone answer this question.
Correct me if I'm wrong. They say Kind Led K3 L600 is equivalent to a 600 watt HID.

The (2)AutoCOB 55 Watt COB LED Grow Light is Comparable to 300 watts of leading HPS.

So the question is what would my power be Comparable to.
900 watt equivalent?

Just my opinion in i use 1000hps ×4 you aint gonna get a led as strong or equivalent to that 900 unless u get diamond series lights.i kno 6 or so local growers in all but one use hid lights and for this reason.if u add up enough cobs to b equivalent u mise well have a hid as far as yur electric bill...imo

I hate to sound like that guy but I do have specs on the kind leds. Growmau has a friend who works at the university of Texas who tested a kind in an integrated sphere. I can show the picture if you like. The light came back at 22.5% efficient. That means your plants are seeing 72 par watts.

2 55watts autocobs are 50 par watts and 3 autocobs would be 75 par watts while drawing a lot less.

Plants use light not watts.
The kind is high in watts but low in useable light. It still does well for what it is but the end result is not a 600w hps equivelant.

The diamond series is less efficient than hps. Cheap leds save nothing. Cobs are beating hps with less than half the wattage. Not cheap leds but quality cobs like Cree and citizen. I'm on consecutive grows where 450watt cob fixtures have pulled over 1.5lbs. That's not gonna happen under hps unless it's a minimum of 750 watts.

Idk brother..i gues ive never had the cob but i usualy get over 2 peters per 1000w...i run 4 perpetual...gues its in the grower not the light.thats consistantly not once n a life time pull

That's excellent. Just about 1 gpw which is very very good for hps. To be 100% honest I haven't seen 1gpw with leds yet. That's why I despise leds so much. False claims and inferior results. That's when I went to cobs and range from 1.5 to my last grow 1.62 gpw. I also like to refer to gpw more than watts because it's the easiest way to know what you profited. Anyone can grow 100lbs, some guys do it with more while some do it with less.

Is this with autos as well?

i totally agree...n i cant truly speak on cobs.im young but old skool at heart,in i hav 12+ yrs experience but i hav seen diamond series personaly.didnt kno they wernt as efficient.1 1000w hps only costs me $12 month to run..so i just stay with wat i kno

I grew autos but no i run photo.3wk veg then flip..so thats 1month longer then average auto.6 plants ea stadium trellis is 6×4

Your doing photos at 12/12 than and have extremely cheap power. I just figured mine would be 64$ per month on the low side while needing 50% more cooling.
