Lighting How old plants for 1200w LED?

I have a 1200w 3000k bridgelux vero2 panel, when do you guys think its fine to fire it up?

I haven't got an LED that powerful, but I would imagine wait until they are around 14 days old and then start with the light at around 24inches from the top canopy and see how you get on!
