Grow Mediums How to Breed Beneficial Microbes for DWC Root Slime Cure aka Heisenberg Tea

hi my friend new grower here, just had a problem with root rot, was due to high res temps, but think im on top of it now, gave a good spray an rinse with H202, an changed bucket sterilized air stone an pipes to, and added back to res, so what Im asking is ive been using this pyscho myco, so whats your opinion on ingredients, and would this be ok to use here is what it contains,

THIS IS WHAT PYSCHO MYCO HAS IN IT, this all good an ok yeah, any good info would be great, the guy in the shop said its "supposed to be" better then great white, but Im a novice, and still learning the basics, but it would be great to understand abit more about it,
