How to fix pH?

We have been pretty high. Nute lock beginning stages. Water day is today. Do we go lower that 6 to try to regulate it? Like a 5.5 ish? Been watering with 8.3 ish .. didn't test. Our fault lol. Just not sure if we should go really acidic or neutral for this water. Not sure how adjusting soil pH works

Just make sure your intake water between 6 and 7 ph preferably 6.5.8.3 is way to high.

Right. But the question is. Do we need to go a little more acidic on this watering to regulate and try to bring it back to 6.5 range since it's so alkaline at the moment

Yes,more acidic is better in the range on this scale.You can use vinegar or lemon juice to drop it down or General Organics ph up or down available in grow stores or from Amazon.
