How to use threadmarks on mobile

This is a way how you can use threadmarks on site by using the browsers of your mobile...

Click thread mark in post...

It opens the threadmark input, type title in it and add it....

Now you see the threadmarked post....

On the top and the end of the thread you see a drop down menu for easy navigation....

What do you got to do to get that thread Mark drop down to pop up into stay continuingly pop up everytime you go back to their because it doesn't do that on mine nor laptop or mobile devices I can create a thread mark But when I go back to it it's gone like I never created it it did that before and doet now
