I found some Promix sold locally, Should I add some extra perlite to it or any additional stuff?

An extra 25% of perlite would be fine(just for increases aeration), but its not crucial by any means. Should be around $30 for a bail, and they go really far(I got enough for 24 plants in 7"X7"X9" pots). Make sure you get the Promix HP and not the BX.
