you could drop a seed that you know and see if it turns out the same.
if someone can identify a plant at this stage they would be one smart mother fucker, or they are full of shit.
im leaning towards the latter.

I can say without doubt, 100% certainty that it is deffo a pot plant. Either a satvia or ruderallis type thingy of the genus cannapengii. Debate over.
