My friend from BC Bud Depot has giving me the ok to post his Budder making recipe for you all. So props to Huk. Hope you all like what you see.
1.Ok now..canna butter in the making ground up 6 oz's of lemon skunk.ground in 2oz's of outdoor purple kush.using 2 lbs of quality creamery butter.i add weed to cold water let stand a few mins and turn up heat a bring to a rolling boil.careful not to over boil..then simmer for 4-6 hrs.stiring gently and frequently..peace..huk.

2.Ok now that ive got my rolling boil i add my fat/butter.bringing back up to a rolling boil again just for a bit.stirring frequently.be sure not to over heat your mix.some people like to cook the butter so its gets a little nutty flavor..not me..do not burn your thc.if your worried about the flavor do not use crappy material.such as fan leaves and stalk.save that for juicing.so now just simmer on low heat for 4-6hours..will show as it progresses...peace..huk.

3.Alright now.its been 12 hours since i have strained and squeezed all the butter i could.then ran boiling water through it one more time.its solid to the touch.but still leave it go longer in the fridge.cooked butter takes longer than you think.ima wait till dinner time.the colour looks greener in pic but it is a green tan kinda colour and the aroma is like a lemon butter sauce.be great in hollandaise sauce.will post finished product.and maybe my basic recipe for huks happy med snacks called "what the huk" did i just eat..peace...huk.

5.Some peeps scrape off the clarified part.but i see no harm in leaving it..so now tip the excess water out the bowl..

6.Press into a sealable container and place back in fridge.when cooled more the excess moisture trapped in the butter will be pushed out.now you are ready to bake...peace...huk.

7.This is the what the butter came out if i now add another lb of butter to this mix..there is still quite a bit of rendered material..i melt the butter and let harden again...it wont be as strong.but for the average user/paitient it will still suffice..peace...huk

8.Haha now i just use a betty rocker pre-mix.as long as it requires butter and at least 125 mils/quater pound your laughing like i am now.i also toss in little toffee bites.and sometimes some pecans.drop by the spoon full and bake at 350 until golden brown.the recipe calls for 375 on the heat.but i find that a lower temp will not burn your thc...after baked let stand until cooled make a cup of earl grey....and medicate.peace...huk
