Guys , me and my wife had a bummer of a week at work , $14000 of machinery buggered and a bit more stuff . And 1 more day to go %$#@ . ---- Lucky I have some Malawi x PCK in my head and pocket . so if you are having a bad day , what do you do .
------------ world wide hugs --- which is when --- Friday for you mob . Why Friday , because for most it is the end of the working week . And that is when ya need one , I am in a bad way as I need one today , but don't you mob worry about me , even the tattooist said I had thick skin . Now fair dinkum , keep a eye on those around you for depression . Sort of sneaks up , this is where a hug comes in , for such a simple thing it means a hell of a lot .

Thank you Mossy , I put this out to all , as I shared it with a person in need today that all he needed was a warm heart and a big ear , yes I had a bad week , but I would like others to look around them , --- we as a humane race , most have more love in our hearts .

So I did as I told you, I hugged a colleague at work today who was having a difficult day. I told her the hug was from a good friend from down under and after she explained the situation to her boyfriend who happened to see the embrace, she expressed her gratitude and asked me to thank the kind soul who sent the hug, so thank you hecno.

Sorry this week was a drag man. Huge hug from Pete here. Positive Peter ya know. ....my favorite sayings are "everyday is a new day, can't win them all" and instead of looking at the glass half full or half empty. ....one should b happy they have a glass incase they find some water I dunno if it helps hearing it but living it and thinking it gets me through my rough days. ...I hope this next week brings good things and am sending good karma your way My friend! Lets get this going , All you have to do is hug the person next to you , it may be your partner or work mate and tell them the same thing , pass it on , there is nothing more powerful than a hug , I am 55 and am sick of all the bad news on tv and the wireless , That is not us as a member of the universe ,

Just turned 55 on roctober 17th, I'm a valentines baby. I bet there is an uptick in births in February as well, can you guess why? Getting back to your suggestion, yes a hug is a great place to start. Opening ones arms to another is a great way for us to stop thinking about "ME" and start concentrating on "WE" so our species can affect a change in how we view and interact with reality. Wonderful suggestion Hecno.
