Wow I stalk/lurk this section every second I'm free and can't believe I missed your post. Sorry bout that. Does the larger heatsink offer wattage it's rated for? I notice many companies list wattages of lights at 80-90% efficiency. First off that's impossible so I say overkill is always good in this aspect.
The brackets I'm using are not tiltable. I noticed cutter electronics is going to make custom brackets that do tilt but look pretty ugly and they always take forever to do things. Next week usually means next month and they are located in Australia so postage is high.
