Just want to give a compliment to Miss Tina and Miss Serena for working with me on my first indoor project purchase. The price point for the Mars II 400 and matching tent was super and the customer service unsurpassed. Placed the order, 4 days later both boxes show up at door. Everything boxed secretly and securely. I watched this video by Miss Tina and had the tent assembled in 10 minutes.
Surprisingly, the next day Miss Serena emailed me to ensure that I received my order and that all was ok. I have not hung the light yet but will in the morning, that will be the easiest part of the whole transaction. Btw, light and tent arrived yesterday, Mephisto seeds arrived today(soaking). Carb filter coming on Tuesday, ready to rock & roll!!!
