100s of uploads last couple of days and going on and everything starts from like 2 dollars.

Obviously fake?
I've never dealt with ebay, never bought, knew about the site but never checked it out really.

Welcome to AFN. I have gotten some great deals on EBAY but I would never go with a vendor with a 75% approval rating all of the complaints are on grow lights too move on to another

I'm searching for lights like crazy lately btw and damn, normal prices are kinda fucked for me right now...

Since i made the thread already, let me add this: If anyone has *reliable* ebay profiles or sites in general with cheap leds, drop some here? Even so-so ones,, that say like 200w but they're 150 but do the work.

I dont think ill find anything in my price range for leds, unfortunately, they look lovely, but whatever, u never know. I m pretty sure ill go with cfls for my new adventure, the 40w ones, upgrade it little by little till like 200-300w.
Spread out the cost... Damn starting from the begining is expensive...

Just look for a vendor with a 98% and up there is some great deals on there 90 us will buy you a decent 300 led grow light 9 band watt actual draw 155.

Hi bmovie, I had the same problem starting out. I ended up spending as much on cfls, cords, and adapters as my LEDs ended up costing. I suggest keep it small at first and check out mars-hydro.com. They have some cheap ufos and panels. Look at the old models. I picked up the 300 watt panels for about $100 each. The 180 watt UFO is even cheaper. Just my opinion. Good luck.

Second that 1guy i have 2 of the 180watter ufos and my first harvest was with only one of them more impressive than my 400w hps

With some of these Chinese dealers, they learn from the mistake of auctioning their products with a low starting bid. sometimes they backout, sometimes they bite the bullet and ship to you. The worst that has ever happened to me was I had to file for a refund thru ebay. That can take 7-14 days. Annoying yes, but worth the hassles if you can score. If he's a crook, ebay will shut him down and make it right. I've been using ebay for more than 15 years. never got cheated out of anything in the long run. So if you can afford to gamble with a little money, you really can't lose on ebay since they instituted the money back guarantee. I'm waiting to see if I get my $25 UFO led. If I don't I'm out nothing more than the annoyance!

Got a 900w Led for $170 good deal when they normally sell for $300 plus. I'm not counting on it to last for years I just need extra light until the summer time.

This will be no surprise but I'd look at Mars-hydro.com I have two of their lights and they have always responded promptly and shipped quickly.

The 180w marshydro looks really sexy man... I 've checked it out before...
I need to find a way to get it without the extra 60$ they charge to send to europe... too many things to consider.
