After changing the Res on the ABB I checked it again today and the pH was up so I added some down chcked the Ec and it had dropped a couple points, seems like all is good, the temps are starting to climb, so we'll see how long this grow goes, I am hopin that with alot of bubble and some good root stim the roots will be ok. Going to change the res on the butterfly ASM tomorrow.

Changed the bucket on the ASM and it was needing it the water was a little low and the roots are out searching for water and food, she is sitting now at EC .55 and ph 5.5, i know same numbers, but they'll be different tomorrow.

One thing that I love about the DWC grow is that the leaves always seem to be pointing up, I have not seen any droop yet! ASM has got the betterfly going on still , but some really good roots going on.

Turned the light up to 250 today, and everybody seems happy.


I'm worried about the temps in the Res, but I am going to let it go and see if the root stim and lots of bubbles will keep those roots going strong. I'll put up some new pics over the weekend

So far I am happy with the results with the DWC, my temps have been really high lately, but I have been able to get the cab temps down to under 24 and the res temps are hanging about 23 to 24.

Ph has been pretty stable and the EC is staying around.65, part of that is d/t the water disappearing from the buckets but at this point it is still very little. with the light at 250 W there is still not alot of heat and I have been adding stones to the net pots to try to keep the light out of the res, and hopefully help with loss d/t evaporation.

I am watching the roots closely and the growth of the plants is looking good. The auto Blueberry is coming along nicely and the roots are growing, and looking white , so far. the Auto Skunk mass is starting to show the first side branches,( in this case it will be the "topped" tops because of the top two trilaminante leaves that did not separate) In terms of roots they are looking about even, the skank may even be in the lead.

As the summer gets hotter I worry about the temps, but I consider this an experiment. Let's see if DWC can be done in higher temps with more bubbles and lots of root stim.

Here are some pics of the latest, and I put in a couple pics some taken yesterday, and then some taken 24 hrs later, they are getting ready to come out, I love it when the leaves start making energy and the plant just explodes, and I am really hoping to see this with the DWC.

Looking good Insert... A lot healthier than my poor babies anyway (coming round again though ). I've had a bit of a mare of a start really. I have only noticed that we started our DWC's at more or less the same time, so it'll be cool to watch our grows progress together. I'm puttng frozen water bottles inside my buckets to keep the temps down Insert (JM told me to try it)... Don't know if it's a good idea or not with tender roots in there + maybe shocking them a bit.... But my temps would be at 22-23c if I didn't, like yourself I have the hailea super silent 60l as well so plenty of O2 & root stim so maybe I don't need to put them in...but it's just a thought for ya.

Today is Day 16 for the DP auto Blueberry, and day fourteen for the "self topped" Auto Skunk Mass. I just did a Fresh Res change on the Blueberry, SHE and I am confident now that she is a she is sitting at about 5.8 pH and .97 EC today. The root have come along well especially since I turned the light to 400W.

The Auto Skunk is now showing new growth as if it were topped, but the cool thing is that it is putting out true leaves at the seed leaf spots She wants to grow!!!!:dance:

My Temps are very high! This will probably be the first and last summer grow, I know that it's early, but I feel like this is one big experiment to see of lots of bubbles nd some good root stim will help me over the finish line.

I am going to pu the ladies on LST in a few days, does anyone have any thoughts on how I should handle the Auto skunk mass????

Oops forgot to attach the pics ! Here they are:

The res temps this morning were a blistering 24.1 and the cab is hanging around 26.2

pH in the blueberry was up a little so I added a couple drops of pH down, pH is now at 5.7

EC is at .97 Going to add some water tonight.

Auto Blueberry is bent over and sadly she lost a little piece, but no sence crying over lost budsites She is showing her lady parts all over!!!

Did have to add a liter of H2O to her res which brought the EC down to .92 and the ph to 5.77

ASM got a Fresh Res change with quarter strength AN sensi Grow A and B, full strength atami root stim, and half strength sensi Cal/Mg,

Both are looking healthy, even though the res temps today were in the 25 range the roots are growing like crazy and looking nice, at least for now. Put in some pics of the tops, and I'll get some of the roots tomorrow.
