Grow Room Is 110cfm too much for my cab?

Hey fellow stoners, first time post, long time lurker. I just want to thank all of the helpful folks who have posted in the various threads i have read here over the months, it has helped a lot. I am in the process of putting together 2, 1.25 ft by 2.25 ft by 3.5 ft high stealth grow cabs, i am going to be using a 2 ft 96watt t5 ho fl from htg in each. I plan on doing a scrog in one and a mini sog in the other, then once i get my bigger area up and running i want to use one for clones and seedlings and one for mothers and/or breeding. Smell is a concern as well as sight at my present location so i was planing on making a filter/outake fan similar to this one http://www.uk420.com/boards/index.php?showtopic=78593

I have 2 of these computer fans from cool master that do 110 cfm, is that going to be overkill even though it will be having to move the air through carbon fabric and the activated carbon pellets as well?

Also does any one know how well veclro tape sticks to panda plastic? I was thinking of going with 15 ft of r 3/4" from uline to make a velcro sealed inner door with a wooden outer door as the face of it will look like a dresser.

Heya Gnarly,that Velcro tape will stick fine to panda film-I hung a 4 ft single t5 side light with it attached to panda film with no problem.
