Is it normal the yellow leafs and one is elongating and one is short?!

Also I'd think about getting a proper grow light with a reflector as that type of grow light means that most of the light is directed outwards. Something like this with a hood will direct the light down. You can get them up to 200 watts which is not bad.

But you raccomand me the reflector because they aren't getting anoth light and that the cause of the yellow leafs o else...?!
for the difference of grow??
