Live Stoner Chat Is it possible that the seedbank was right on the flowering time or am I just impatient?

I have an NL Auto from CKS that is supposed to flower for 8 weeks. I know that seedbanks all give the best case scenario and it's not unusual to go a couple of weeks more to harvest.

I "THINK" that my NL Auto was in preflower Sept 24th at 32 days from breaking soil.

I know that I'm getting close and 8 weeks from Sept 24th is Nov 19th. To my inexperienced eye, I'll finish at least on the 19th if not a week earlier. I'm having a hard time getting trichome images but here is what she looks like now. I'll have to get a bud under the USB microscope this weekend to make sure

Am I really 2 more weeks away in your estimation? (or even more???)

This is my first grow so I'm not sure what things are supposed to look like.

Thanks, that's a good thing. Even though it felt like forever, it's actually right on schedule. (due to my super long vegging because of my putting it into a 6 gallon pot right at the start and not watering enough)

My current NL auto is about 1.5 weeks ahead of it for maturity for the same amount of time elapsed so that should be better.

What kind of lights are you using? Really bright LEDs will sometimes keep generating white pistels even after they are done.

Do you want some amber or not? I generally just watch for amber ttrichs and pick when I have 10-20% amber.

Your microscope will tell you for sure. I’m cutting at 1-10% amber

Im using one autocob.
I dont want much amber, im going to check again in a week.

Nice plant, good picture. I'd say it's up to you, lots of plants that look like that get picked every day and bring much joy to the world. I like a lot of amber, but I like night time sleepy tokes. Ymmv.

I cut a sugar leaf off and looked under the USB microscope; there were no amber but there were a few clear still so I'm going to give it a week and see what happens.

I'm sure it's just my impatience doing this to me.
