BTW, the light green is normal. All new growth will look like that. Even more so when the preflowers come out.

I think my plant looking litte bit light Green and weak the Fan leafs don't put up to the light why?

Now it's big enough to go closer. Leaves are drooping a bit. Not sure if they're sleeping, over watered, or maybe too much N(tips of leaves curved down a little indicates this). Other then that, they still look ok.
Light a little closer. Don't make big adjustments, just a little each week. I start at around 60cm with my 100wcob from second week and then drop it 5 cm each week for first four weeks until plants get redistributed in tent and I turn on all my lights. I don't like getting the plants any closer than 30 cm, but sometimes they stretch more than I want and it happens.

I think you are right the leaf tips curl down to much N Fuck! That's pisst me realy off 2 Days and everythinks looks different. Yesterday I was later at home and than I see her not looking Happy 2 Days bevore I transplant her without problems so why she react like this to much water I don't think so, the Coco was dry at the top I water 0,5 l and Coco I don't think it's to much water. I water her now to run off I will see what's going on maybe to much Nutes I give not more than 1 EC now.

I hope she recover. I listening to a user from 420magazin he don't water with run off in Coco by every day 1 time feeding I did this also but I belive i go to high with the EC than he say.

Relax, she will be fine. Back off the N and jus make sure she has good light, water, and air flow. Also check your RH and make sure it's in range, probably around 65 to 75 at least right now and then drop it 5 to 10% next week, and then the week after until she's around 55 or so I find you can. The. Runner like that j til last two weeks of flower and then if you wanted to you could rip it to 45%.
Stay focused and she will be fine! No worries.
