Is she deficient?

Hey, guys. I have an auto that's moving through week 3. I just got back from being out of town for 2 days, and started slowly doing my first round of lst when I noticed something strange. The tips of some of the lower leaves look orange/yellow, with one fan leaf having streaks on it. Lighting is two 105w cfl around 2-3 inches away, medium is ffof with no added nutrients (until next week or I need to fix something). I have a large clip on fan keeping the bulbs cool, and just over the plants so they dance slightly but aren't in a tornado. Temp is between 75-80 with an oscillating fan moving air around, humidity between 50-53%. I do not have a ph meter yet, it's coming with some other things I bought. She's still growing strongly and took to the lst very well. This thing is starting to yellow the tips of other, newer leaves now. I can't seem to find a concrete answer on this, so any help would be appreciated!

It looks a little like nute burn, maybe the soil is a little hot for them at the moment but they should be ok. I’d definitely be ph-ing your water though as if ph is out you could be seeing the signs of some nutrient lock out starting.

Thanks for the help. I've heard ffof is hit or miss these days regarding stability. My ph pen delivery date was postponed, so I'll have to ride it out. I won't give her nutes again until I have this figured out, and will get some ph down instead of using my 7.0 ph. My tap water comes out at 8.0 some odd, so this might definitely be the culprit. Not being sure of your ph is like Russian roulette...OF can be a bit hot on seedlings...then throw in a ph issue …???
I'd change to a KNOWN water like DI and use a moisture meter for schedule training.

-- probably off pH in-pot, since no nutes have gone in... As for Fuxfarms swag, I wouldn't bury dog turds in it! Hands down the #1 problem soil we see in here, for years now,... it's cheap for a reason!
In general, you need to start in milder soil (make a center pocket of it, 1L give or take), and unless you have a truly premium soil, nutes need to start withina couple weeks at most, mild dosing.. Most soils just don't have the balanced nutrient needs in them, not like a nute solution will provide...
With no pH probe handy (I hope you got a good one like the Accurate 8, not one of those cheapo skinny probe.multi-meter units, they suck), only recourse is to flush with low ppm water (RO/Di/bottled drinking water) 2-3x pot volume; monitor the run-off pH coming out. It's crude but ballpark close enough to gauge progress; shoot for mid 6's pH... Last pour through add in 1/4 strength nutes to replace what's been stripped....

Well, got my ph pen. Water ph is a solid 7, but soil ph is off the charts. I will flush as soon as soil is dry and go from there. Glad I did this one as a tester for my actual grow. Thanks again, all
