Your flower pot mushroom appears to either be a Leucocoprinus species or a coprinus species, neither is active. The odds of an active randomly coming up in a potted plant are almost non-existent.
Psilocybe Semilanceata would not appear in a potted plant. They prefer manured fields where they grow from the base of grass clumps and not directly from the manure itself.
