Cleaning everything with bleach water ATM. Not sure what else to do yet. Much reading to do.

okay thanks for that i have lots outside and they seem to love to go into my room good to know that they arent harmfull and infact eat bad bugs,

but what about eggs they lay?? and do they put webs/eggs on the stuff u gana smoke does anyone know
 
I don't think they're web spinners. They lie in wait for their prey and then pounce.
The only web like thing I've seen them leave is maybe a thin strand here or there when they're jumping/moving around.
I don't know about their eggs, but they're not herbivores so I would imagine the plants would be fine. I'm no entomologist, though...
I've always welcomed them.
