Old Reviews Is this good soil to start in?

All purpose soil, formulated from the following. Composted forest products, processed pine bark, sphagnum peat moss, reed sedge pear, composted rice hulls, perlite and limestone.

Why not just some simple seed starter soil?...KISS method works for me.

It would help more if you would post the product name and company.

Seems acidic, pine bark, peat and reed peat are all acidic. Limestone sounds a little to unrefined to have a solid effect on PH like dolomite lime. The brand etc would help but I suspect it fine just make sure you can monitor soil ph.
