Greetings AFNites,

It would appear that my transition from HID to LED is getting a bit bumpy, besides some deficiency probs there is what looks to me to be some bleaching on the top of my Sour60....I am running 2 x 135w Blackstar UFO's and they are about 16in from the tops.
Is it bleaching or something else?

These are the best pictures I could get that most represent the actual color.

Any input is appreciated

Def not light bleaching. At first glance they do look a bit hungry, or locked out. But not really either! Not Mag or K def for sure.... so I would say its an early Cal deficiency, which is very usual with LEDs. You you have epsom salts you could foliar spray ? Anyone else agree?

Yeah she looks a little hungry for something not sure what though bro but G is right a dose of calmag usually sorts things out. Bleaching is pure white tips with no chloroform like this

Thanks my friends :pass:
Time to ebay some calmag and hope that fixes it :)

No, not bleaching. Bleaching starts from the center of the leaf and works out. Everything, including the veins, will be bleached out. Plus a BS UFO at 16" isn't powerful enough to bleach. Since it's happening on the new leaves first, I look to either a lockout situation or a lack of N.

Ever since putting the Blackstar's in my cabinet I have been second guessing myself.....
And the top of that plant looks even stranger under the LED's, all the other tops look fine lol. It is not something I have ever seen before...my head hurts now.

Hmmm, maybe topping will get rid of the problem :P

Thank you everyone for your input, much appreciated.
