Is this N toxicity ?

By the looks of it, yes too much n, also she's already looks like she flowering so vertical growth is going to be minimal she's going to stay about the same size might put on a few more inches, what nutes are you feeding? If veg and bloom nutes, still keep her on the veg nutes hoping she might stretch a tad bit. But not many nutes as she's already getting too much n. Her bud sites will fatten up though

Its strange that there are no side branches and they are pretty small.According to the seed bank they are supposed to get pretty big up to 130 centimeters.What did you feed them?
I fed them ph'd water , cal/mag , and fertilizer a buddy gave me . It doesn't say what's in it
They do look like the weirdest auto I've seen lol, just one cola but at very departed internodes, maybe you stunned them with too much fert at a young age.

...yeah bud, she's has some troubles from the get-go, sorry to say... without detailed info, it's impossible to say what and why; auto's are more tricky than photo's, especially during that first few weeks,...a lot of thin gs can cause this type of stunting; you do have some minor N-tox happening, but I don't see burned tips, so that's a good sign at least,.. start he bloom nutes now, and get what you can from her-- I know it sucks! I fried some of my first ever round of autos- :roflcry: ...next round, start a journal with your grow details posted before you even drop a seed, and folks can offer you advise to get you off to a good start! 
What is the PH of your runoff m8? I used to get this before I got a PH meter and realised the PH was slightly too low, like 5.5 or something, the fix was to PH my feed to 7. I know you said you PH, just didnt specify how or what PH.
