is this ph imbalance

Just thinking that if it is ph problem causing somewhat of a nute lockout should i use some non sulphered molasses just researched it and it is meant to feed the microherd which should kickstart the nutes again or wait for ph teater i havent bought molasses yet but if its good fory grow then i will get

Thanks for the kind words guys. Much appreciated. I wouldn't recommend feeding any molasses just yet. It's called nutrient lockout because that's exactly what it does, prevents the plant from taking up the nutrients properly. So feeding any nutrients, even molasses, won't be of any use and could in fact make things worse. If you feel you need to feed them while you're waiting for your tester, mix up a quart of 1/4 strength nutrients, pHed to 6.5 and do a foliar feed. Use that solution to mist both sides of the leaves once a day for 2-3 days.

I was just going to ask about foliar feeding i heard epsom salt is good for foliar spray it contains mag have u heard of this method i even heard of a crushed up rennie tablet for cal as foliar spray just curious i will mode than likely use 1/4 strenght nutes as spray
Im not sure if i have bugs im noticing a few holes on fan leafs not sure if its from pests or my other issue is it ok to spray leaves with washing up liquid/soap to get rid of pests i did see the odd red insect on a few leaves

Take a magnifying glass and look on the underside of the leaves. If you do have some insects, that's usually where you will find them. What to use on them will depend on what they are, so identify them first if you can.

Yes, epsom salts can be used as a foliar feed to address a magnesium deficiency. In your situation I would be more inclined to just use the 1/4 strength nutrients.

Heres a update of pics forgot to mention underneath i have also changed my water to filtered water for the last 2 waterings im not sure if the brown tips and edges are ph or nute burn see a few downward claws this could be from allmix soil being to hot im not sure so the ph test should steer me the right direction

What I'm seeing in the first picture is early phosphorus deficiency, again most likely caused by the pH being off. When the tips curl up and you start to see brown along the edges that indicates a lack of phosphorus.
