Is this soil mix safe?

This will be my second grow, First one was a disaster with Coco, death everywhere.

I plan on doing a 50/50 mix of Fox Farm Happy Frog and Fox Farm Ocean Forest, then adding 25% Perlite.

Is this safe to germinate in? I don't really want to get into transplanting yet.

a 50/50 mix with those and 25-30% perlite I would not germ in.I would use either a tier or plug potting style or use the happy frog i think,ive seen ppl mention they germ in that alone.someone will correct me if Im off,but do your mix being cautious of the PH in ffof ofcourse cuz they have been having serious SERIOUSLY messed up quality control issues with their soils and mainly ffof.but if its a good batch and use the happy soil as your germ medium as a tier or plug style then Id say you'll prolly be ok.but if ya aint bought the soil yet..imho Id get something else just to avoid issue with a tough PH to correct..lol possibly..gotta love it right?!LOL!

I use the same mixture, but at different mixes in layers

but I won't germ in them. Use a seed starting mix.

If you can layer it do it, here is the idea. but pay no attention to the mixtures as they only apply to my photosensitive plants.

Unfortunately I've already placed my order, what if I did the whole pot with the 50/50 mix and then dig out a decent sized whole in the middle about 6" round 6" deep and fill it with happy frog/perlite mix?

U can Use the tier method Or transplant from a 32Oz cup after sex...

Using Hot soils Early will only stunt...

Don't know if strain makes a difference but I'm going to be growing Auto THC Bomb, Auto Berry Rider and Auto Super Hash. All are Feminized.

They Like Food for sure as the get rather large ...
Protect you babies tho ...

Then give them the good soil
