Are you a nurse.. some Drs truly intelligent. Yet lack common and caring sence. Alot of them need to be brought back to reality of old school medical care.. CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT. .not about your car home (s). And the corp structure of medical practice. . Big up Nurses. For they keep thins runing ehh..

No I am not a Nurse Tek, I help junior doctors by putting them into the hospitals that best suit their abilities. Etc etc

So a penguin is driving along and all of a sudden his car starts making a horrible noise and dies. He has it towed to the garage, and is told by the mechanic that it'll take an hour before he can get to it and diagnose the problem. The penguin asks if there's any place to eat nearby, and the mechanic tells him there's a Baskin-Robbins across the street. So, the penguin goes across the street to get some ice cream and kill an hour.
An hour later he comes back to the garage and asks the mechanic if he found the problem. The mechanic raises his head from under the hood, wipes off his hands and says "well, it looks like you've blown a seal". The penguin looks shocked, wipes off his beak, and says "oh, no; that's just whipped cream from my sundae!"

O ok. Basically a recruiter headhunter etc. For hospitals .. johns hopkins has a system where the run the nurses Pa assistant etc. For their own hospitals... i use to go to hopkins and worked at hopkins in GOR worked in same OR as Dr Ben Carson world renowned surgeon. Didnt realize he is such a bumhole in politics runing for POTUS
