Here is a Toof Decay, almost ready.

Grown in a 3 Lt pot!

Looking amazing! When I first glanced at your post I thought it was one plant and you were claiming a 3litre pot! Lol. What’s your medium and lighting?

Lol... yeah it is one pot (airpot) and one plant. An absolute beast. My poor tent is only 1.2w x 0.6d a 1.8h metres in dimension! She has grown above the light and is easily a metre wide. She has been super cropped 4 times.

This Toof Decay did no start flowering to day 50 (95 days since sprout) - and as a result, I have this monster!!!!

She is on the Buddha's Tree range at about 0.7EC @ 6.0 pH.

She is under 265W of QB at 3500k and 40W of Deep Red at 6600nm.

She is automatically fed once per hour for 5 seconds. The reservoirs are heated and aerated. The medium is coco / perlite.

Ok sooooo this has me wondering now.... are these beans that you’ve gotten in the past year??? I can’t help but feel that perhaps things are a little off the mark right now with my current grow as well. I’m on day 37 with a bunch of double grape and only a few have them have started to flower so far... that plus light sensitivity I’ve never seen before from Mephisto.. I’m curious if things might have been done with a short cut or two this past while when they had to uproot and start over... Thoughts on the subject???

I grow pretty much exclusively Mephisto Genetics. Have done for ~ 3 years.

My Sour Cracks (8th now) turn around at about 61 days. So not too bad.

24 Carrot was a bit behind ~ 80 days, but flowered promptly enough.

I got a 3BOG x BW as a freebie and it is a phenomenal strain and high yielding.



The second you top them or start heavy LST, I have noticed they slow right down.

I don't touch any of the Sour Crack lineage. Not even leaf tucking really.

Toof Decay I topped but that is now a rarity. No further training.

I have this theory that shading or some pheromone is released so other plants in the tent slow down.

Due to the sheer size of Toof Decay, 4 AM and an Orange Bud in front are ~ 35 days and only just showing preflower.

I’m with you on Sour Crack... I’ve been 59-63 days on past runs. I’m hopeful that will still be the case. I totally expect a slowdown/delay with topping and other more severe training, but really surprised with what I’m seeing regarding sensitivity to light and delay in flowering. I got light stress with my HLG 550 v1 knockoff dialed down to 50%and over 3 1/2 feet between my panel and plants... never ever seen that before... been running this panel for almost a year and a half...

Well after reading a smoke report on a recently finished Double Grape, I’m more inclined and confident that was/is the case. All my plants are otherwise healthy but I just couldn’t believe the plants reaction to the light... very sensitive I tell you! He also noticed his DG was super sensitive in veg- said it went away well into flower, also took their time to get to flowering...
