New Grower Just a question about the flowering stage

Okay so I put my baby in bud stage (flipped the lights) on July 6th and she showed first sign of sex on the 13th.

My Question is do I consider the day I flipped or the day she showed sex as my first day?

I believe when You go 12/12 but I've asked myself the same I'm always told when you switch
