Thanks for the reply, I don't have a threat yet & was gonna wait a few weeks so ‘my 2’ have grown a bit however, I have a couple of pics of them for ya!

I'm using a 105w, 6400k CFL & using 17/7 schedule & have a 2nd 105w, 2700k CFL on order.
My 2 Biodiesel’s are picking up speed and developing well & I’m well pleased! (proud father syndrome, lol!)
As a newby grower I went a bit mad with the water but quickly sorted it out!
You have been getting some good advice from the others on this site and I am finding it usefull with my grow so thanks all you lot!

Thanks so much!!! Your girls are looking mighty good!! Go ahead and start your new thread in the New Growers section!! I'd love to watch them progress!! I'm very passionate about my grow and my 2 girls. You could say I have the proud mama syndrome!!! To me, it's not about the harvest, though that is a big part, it's growing them to be their best!! I got a freebie blue rhino photo when I ordered my 2 auto seeds. May try that one next but, I got to say, I do love the autos!!! I'm thinking that I'm gonna get the Auto Pounder next. Any one grow those? I'd like to read about them before I make up my mind.
Never feel like you have a dumb/stupid question cause, when it comes to these beautiful plants, there is no such thing. Love the pics!!!! Good Luck jonny!!!

Look at the first girl grow!!!!! Damn!!! 5" tall already!! The 2nd girl ain't no slouch either!!! No other leaves are yellowing, so I guess all is well with the 1st girl!!! :dance2:

lookin good....i gots some pounders ..pretty easy since its my first grow..very cerebral smoke...pretty too..some purple spots/swirls...mine smelled like rotten fruit when it started flower...now its like fruit puch or pebbles....and she aint cured yet

If you water her with cold water, yes. I try to water with room temp water/

me too but bubble it for a day or two..:smoke:

cool water can bring more o2 to the roots to tho...

true that there is more o2 in cold water...but IMO you have to watch how cold the water is you're using...to cold and it could throw your plant into shock and slow growth...:smoke:

Thanks for the kind words!!! I am so proud of my girls, I'm about to burst!!! With all the trouble I had in the beginning (fungus gnats, over watering and a transplant), I thought for sure the my 1st girl was a dead plant. Now look at her !!!! Thanks again, for all the help and kindness I have received!!!

My 1st girl is growing about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch every day now!!!! My 2nd girl is getting more leaves every day!!! I'm so proud of my girls, they are doing super well. I can't thank y'all enough for the super guides and great help in raising them.

1st girl is now 4 wks and 1 day old.
2nd girl is now 10 days old.
1st girl's smell is getting pretty heavy (strong diesel fuel smell) and her first true leaves (single fingered ones) fell off yesterday. As you can see, all other leaves are fine. My 2nd girl is my faster than my 1st (course, my 1st had a few too many probs, fungus gnats, overwatered and transplant ).I have decided to do my photo blue rhino next and then will do the auto pounder (thanks to wahoo's great pics!!!) How are they looking to you experts out there?? Anything I need to know (like when to start flower nutes?) Thanks for the advice!!!

My 1st girl is getting there. Another 1 1/2 to 2 weeks and she should be in flower. My 2nd girl is surpassing my 1st by a bunch. She is 1 inch taller than the first at the same age. She has much bigger leaves and is, all around, much healthier looking. I changed the lighting in early March to 20-4. My 1st girl responded to that much better than the 16-8. I noticed a pretty big improvement in growth. My 2nd girl loves the light at 20-4!! Because I've had a problem with nutes, I shouldn't start the 2nd one on them till she starts not looking as green, right? If I don't get an answer, I'll just make and ass out of myself and assume I'm right. I finally got the watering down pretty good, don't water till the pot is light in weight as opposed to heavy with moist soil. Hard to do with the pots that I have, which are heavy to begin with.
