I notice we including myself overthink growing weed. It’s a pretty simple plan. Water, feed, light and cut it. Dry it cure it and smoke the mother. GOD doesn’t do much to it in the wild.

So well said. Noticing you're an old timer around here, you too have witnessed how some will do everything from handstands to ritual chanting to make a plant do something supernatural.
Raised in farming country and knowing we've forever just put a seed in the ground and go eat breakfast (in our case, smoke a bowl or two). There's a whole industry built around enhancing something that is gonna do what it's gonna do anyway. Some enhancements can do some good, some simply over do it in a vain attempt at pushing the rope. Who doesn't want a juicier peach or plumper grapes....
I too have gone from planting a seed, giving it a sprinkle or two to...... planting a seed and giving it a sprinkle or two....IOW...shit works, why change.
That being said, it's funny yet sad sometimes to read all the gyrations new growers go through from mis-information and some kind of voodoo shit.
Maintaining a healthy plant through simple means has created myself a perpetual harvest of my medicinal needs for years.

Thanks @automan2 . I just see folks mixing 10 different kinds of nutrients and hoping for the best. I use MegaCrop and Bud Explosion and happy. I’m sure there are other things to add but why!

.....I personally mess mine around a bit, but still......what I do is something that growers have been doing for a long time before me.....K.I.S.S method is a great method tho......:woohoo::bow:

I'm new to growing so I can totally relate to the over thinking, however.. After loads of over thinking I made a plan (kind off) and I have been sticking to it (kind off) and I really do think that has helped me, also, I decided that my first grow was going to be about learning and experience and not yield, any smokable that comes out of my first try is just a bonus.
My impression from reading the forums though is that new people that decide to grow in Soil because it is supposed to be easier, they seem to nearly all ending up wanting to do to much, and as a result they over water and feed nutes when they shouldn't and it ends up 5 times more difficult and 5 times more work than if they had just given Coco a go instead.
