I am using Kis Organics Nutrient Pack to make my own water only soil. My question is how to water it? On there sight is says to keep the soil most all the time so that the beneficial bacteria, fungi and microbes do not die. But wouldn't that over water the plants? If anyone has any insight to this or has used Kis organic soil before let me know what you think.

Living soils require mulch.. The main purpose of the mulch is to keep the soil moist. Water every other day using the 10% rule. So 1 gallon of water for every 10 gallons of soil.

If you want to be really exact you can use a moisture meter to maintain the soil between 60-120 mbar. Watering is one of the most challenging and underrated variables in growing. In general, if you can squeeze a handful of soil and almost form a drop of water, that's optimal.
