Start low, don't go over 1/2 teaspoon first time. And don't dose again for at least 4-5 hours, it takes a minute to kick in. I just put the powder on my tongue and knock it back with some water. It will be bitter.

Yea, kratom is pretty awesome. Would like to grow some but, I definitely dont have the room for that.
I usually like to take a heavy dose of maeng da kratom extract caps. I find a high dose of this in combo with some good buds to be very synergistic to each other. I also like some Bali for the more sedating opiate style kratom.
Sounds like Im going to have to order some red vein to try that out.
