Mephisto Genetics LBs First Mephisto Run

Hey peeps running 2x HBSS, 2x Chemdogging, and 2x White and Bubbly, thanks to the courtesy of the cool dudes over at Mephisto.

DWC for all but one of the WBs, which will finish in a hempy bucket.

Using AN PH Perfect Grow, Micro and Bloom this run. Figured if I could make life easier for cheaper (my local growshop is hella expensive), why not? Amazon is the future.

600w HP's, two of them. Vegging under a single ATM.

Seeds went into water on the 23th, moved to rapid rooters on the 27th. Was waiting on some perlite to get delivered, let myself get perilously low

You killed it, by the way, belated congrats man. Gonna take a pic of the bubbles at some point and see if they pass the 'Derek test'

Anywho, these are a week old at this point. The CDs have a more apparent indica structure, while the HBSS are a lot taller and a bit slower. WB is pretty much in the middle, but robust like the CDs.

And roots! Three of five have dropped roots into the res already. So far, so good.

K I am lookin and they need to be bigger, if the don't start to take off in the next day or two like serious noticeable growth there is an issue, you are in that window right now of seein if they are going to "take" to the dwc environment

The ones with roots hanging are starting their stride, the HBSS took the longest to drop. I think everyone has roots now, some are more developed than others and you can tell. The most developed root systems are the most developed plants.

Was hot in the environment the first few days as well. Central AC is on the fritz, started blowing hot air a few days ago. Repair dude should be out soon, but we live rural and getting an appointment is a pita. They were dryer than I would have liked the first few days, I think this may have cost me a bit in
maturation time.

But, stoked everyone is hitting the water, and a window AC unit is keeping everything at 75-83 F. I'm keeping the rocks moist, to ensure additional root proprogation through the rocks. Trying to mitigate those first few days.

Am I like, way behind D? I want bigguns this round, I'll be sore if I'm already hanicapped

A touch of yellowing on the HBSS as well. Thinking of introducing 1/4 strength Bloom and micro, along with the sm90. What do you think?

I'm pulling up a chair want to see these grown in Dwc. I would love to grow in Dwc I think mine would run to hot. Well I'm going to sit down and watch you do some magic

Ok that would explain why they might have stunted a bit, make sure your rez's don't get too warm, or you will be battling root rot the whole grow. Also I was lookin at your space. My dude you are going to run out of space FAAAST!!!!!!! Unless you plan to do the worlds craziest scrog and lst I would reduce the number of plants in that small space. Especially with the HBBSS them thangs get big n lanky

Hehe, you are observant Going to move these to a larger middle bed room once they outgrow this space, but I can stretch that little cluster into a line if I put up an additional 600w. Might do that prematurely after the AC dude comes, and start the other three WB beans back there in hempys. That space is 5x2, I figured it was gonna get downright retarded back there at some point if I'm doing it right. I have 2 400s, 2 600s, and a thousand watt at my disposal, I'm still up in the air about how I want the light footprint to look.

571 GPH pump, on 5 buckets. Adequate, or should I go back and get the 900ish one? Noise isn't an issue, it could hum a spiritual as long as it gets results

Have the pump right next to the AC, trying to ensure only cold air is being uptook. Running SM90 to mitigate rot additionally. Room is hella cold ATM, I might start reusing this window unit, lol.
