Indoor leafs turning yellow

Hey Guys My mate has a problem in his tent he have 5 autos under 600 w led and they have had a bit to much water the first 10 days they stod in pots were the drain was bad so water could not get out that easy, but we put them in big 11 l pots now and the soil have alot beter drain now but they still turn a bit yellow on New growth and also they grow very slow they are 18 days old (think difrent) what do you Guys think? :)

Do to the over watering and then transplanting she is under stress so it might take awhile to recover.
 
Some more information would also be helpful. Type of soil and nutrients, strength and frequency of feeds. What pH are you adjusting your feeds to? pH of the water that runs out the bottom of the pots. Also, pictures need to be taken in natural light so we can see the true color of the leaves.
