Lighting led lamp bulbs for seed starting

So guys I was thinking about how I could better my seedling station other than using a 600 watt mh was thinking about getting a 4 or 6 bulb 4' t5 but seeing them at 125 plus that's a bit out of my price range so I was looking at the led replacement bulbs but there are so many pars and a few other things I can't remember right now how good are these lights for 2 week plants before I out them under the hid set up and what light would you guys recommend for doing this also how many of these lights would you guys use to grow 1 plant full term

You could try some sort of cfl setup for vegging an use the 6500k spectrum bulbs.

I have used some cheap cold white spots from China, works fine.
