Lighting led light repair questions

well I got a few bulbs out on my 300w vipar led so I contacted them and they sent me 10 more leds.problem is no instructions,has anyone done this repair?if so could someone post step by step instructions?what size solder to use?do u use flux?what is flux?any info would be appreciated.

i would use the smallest solder you can find and no i wouldn't suggest using flux on that type of circuit board.

also try your best to keep the board as cool as possible while you're doing this.
