@Root I just watched a video on licks. The kit comes with a flask. You can put your favorite herb ground up in it. Cover herb and heat on a coffee warmer for 2+It's. It said you don't have to decarb, but it would be a good idea. Strain and your done. You can go back and reuse licks to make stronger. Using rosin would be faster tho.

@Root do you think I could mix licks with coconut oil? Would be nice and easy to measure then.

Not if you want to vape it. But I had to look it up.

Vape manufacturer: If you’re using coconut oil, stop! It could be dangerous.

Coconut oil continues to enjoy a reputation for offering many health benefits, but inhaling it through a vape pen is not one of them, according to Bloom Farms founder Mike Ray.

Ray’s company manufactures vape pens and vaporizers using a small amount of polyethylene glycol (or PEG) in lieu of coconut oil, the latter of which he claims is “very dangerous,” and “if you are using coconut oil, don’t. Stop immediately.”

“All of the studies we have seen pointed to coconut oil — even though it sounds good — as potentially causing pneumonia,” Ray says. In contrast, with PEG “It’s all about responsible use,” he adds. “We use a very, very tiny amount to provide a consistent experience for the vape cartridge,” which has the desired outcome of lowering the vaporization temperature.

just watched a few vids.so if you want to use an ecig then this on its own is not enough.still need the waxy stuff.as for the extraction properties of this stuff,i have my doubts if it could extract cannabonoids effectively,as we dont know if its polor/semi or nonpolar.i think for extracting garden herbs it may well do them ok,but cannabis no.
he said himself in one video not to use it as an extracting agent but just as a mixer.but then the waxy people say bang in rosin give it a blip in the microwave shake and done.

The way it is presented this is a full spectrum extractor, as well as a emulsifier. Which it says just mix with rosin, and the video shows just heating bud with licks and ready to vape. Now if this is all true is another story. It was $20 I will give it a shot. Just want to make some rosin into ejuice every now and then. Dont want to have to make a ton at once. We will see

Are you saying i need to buy waxy as well? If so, what is the licks for? Do you know this, or is this your opinion? I know nothing maybe I misunderstood? Waxy looks cool its a little pricey for me right now.

All you should need is your rosin and the licks. Use a little of the licks at a time to dissolve the rosin to a vapable liquid.
