New Grower Light cycles

I have my autos on a 18/6 light cycles when it starts to show sex or starts to flower is it wise to go to a 12/12 light cycle ot leave it be at 18/6

Leave your autos on 18/6 all the way Pasty autos don't need 12/12 to flower.
You could even push it to 20/4 for another couple hours of lovely light a day

They are on day21 if I go to a 20/4 cycle that wont make tjem stressed or anything

No, I have run mine from germ to harvest at 24/0. I don't think the extra 4 hours or 6 hours really adds much growth, just wastes electricity, but I need the heat from my light. 18 is fine....no less
