Lighting light question help please x

Hello,

I am currently using a 70w hps which is 6,300 lumens for my seedlings before i put them outside in the greenhouse.

Question is.... Is this enough light and how close can i put it before it burns the plants. i want to reduce any streching.

use the back of your hand to check the heat at the height of the plant
