Indoor ??? Light Reflector ???

Hey afn. I have s question concerning light reflectors. I currently have an open hood reflector, i am converting to a closed hood.

My question is can i fit Any brand reflector to my bulb, or do i have to stick with the same brand i currently have?

If the fitting of the bulb is right you should be able to do that

When buying a reflector, does the light socket and cord come with it or can i buy just a reflector and screw the socket i already have to it?

I don't want to buy a reflector that comes with the socket and cord and then the cord not fit to the cord that is connected to my ballast. or are they all the same three prong fittings?
