I'm growing Barney's Farm pineapple express. And I need to know the lighting schedule. Is it 18/6 ,20/4, .....help...she's only 2 days old.:help:

Here, take my hand... dry off... you're just fine. :D

I start mine at 24/0 'til sex but it's a matter of personal preference. Either of the schedules you mentioned would be fine, as well.

Try visiting the links on my sig. We have a new sub-forum for new growers (link below) that has resources that are dedicated to new growers. Check it out! :D

Thanks so much, bro! It should be good now.

Yes, they should be. Some say putting feminized seed in a hot mix causes hermie's. So, we may have to watch for that, but I wouldn't start worrying.

autos should flower under 24 hrs of light right? i've read that the yield is much better under 18/6. whats your opnion on full 24 hr or 18/6 as far as yield is concerned?

hey killah just finished a run of the P.E did mine on 20/4 sched had two dif phenos one that started flowering earlier and one that took about a week and a half longer but both did autoflower. but like joe said 18/6 20/4 or 24/0 would work

Not 24 hours thru out the whole grow, he meant til sexed. You can run 20/4 or 18/6 from then on. Even 24 if you wanted but I think they need a little rest, so I run 20/4.

I run 18/6. I have no scientific evidence to back up my choice of 18/6 over 20/4. I've seen it recommended by some of the breeders, but I've also seen some say you get more yield with 20/4. I've never seen a very strong argument for 24/0 through flowering. It is my understanding that most root development happens during the dark hours... but, how much difference a couple hours a night makes, IDK.

I'm sure this 18/6 20/4 has been tested. I don't think yield difference would be jaw dropping but would like to hear opinions of others who tried it.

My four Auto Widow's under 24/0 and at 20 days are doing great, real bushy. I will post pics soon.
